The owners bought an old horse ranch with a beautiful view but an awkward house that had been remodeled several times with mediocre results.  We initially removed part of a loft to open up the living room and let it feel more spacious.  Then in 2006 we started a major remodel that included a new kitchen, master suite, guest room, second & third baths, and pool cabana.  We fixed a lot of aesthetic, functional, and structural issues and turned the property into a great place for entertaining.
